Weddings will need 3 forms printed

1. Booking Agreement
2. Wedding Music Request,
3. Wedding Info Sheet

All other events will need 2 forms

1. Booking Agreement
2. Non Wedding Music Request Sheet

All packages and dates can be held with a $200 deposit and must be confirmed by either telephone or e-mail with California Sounds. The BOOKING AGREEMENT form should be printed, filled out, signed and mailed along with your deposit or filled out online to hold your date. We accept checks and money orders made out to TOM CHANDLER.
